Deb Donnelley’s book, In the Company of Sisters, was just awarded first prize in the non-fiction category in Writers Digest’s 2005 Self-Published Book Competition. You can also hear a recent interview with Deb on WBEZ’s Eight-Forty-Eight program. (January 26, 2005)

Aside from continuing to grow her portrait business, Deb Donnelley is currently collaborating with five other photographers on a community portrait project entitled, You Are Here: Oak Park, scheduled to open at the Oak Park Public Library in March, 2006.

Deb Donnelley is currently working on a new project that incorporates her own images with early twentieth century writings by her great grandmother, Mary Long, of Pawhuska, Oklahoma.
